Silent Auction & Fundraising

During the 5th National Cohesive Strategy Workshop, we will be holding a Silent Auction with proceeds being contributed to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation and to the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation. Both organizations are very worthy organizations and help families during their most difficult times. If you have items that you would like to donate for the silent auction, we ask that items are easily transported via airlines standards that can be packed in checked luggage or carryon. We will not offer shipping services for items and any shipping of items will be the responsibility of the winner. Consider donating items such as agency swag items (t-shirts, hats, challenge coins, etc.), items representing your State or unique to your location, craft items, etc. Bridgit Gallagher with the NC Forest Service is handling the silent auction for us, and her contact information and address are listed below that you can mail items to. If you are planning on attending the workshop and bringing an item with you for the auction, please contact Bridgit and let her know what you will be bringing so she can plan for it. If mailing items, send them so they arrive prior to October 28th as that is our cut-off for collecting items.
